Description
“Ivy Hall” is LBSC’s interpretation of a modernised GWR Hall Class, published in the Model Engineer. The design caused controversy as it was a similar to another design “Lickham Hall” that LBSC produced to Reeves. As a result, he was sacked from the Model Engineer magazine by the then editor only to return a few years later. Whether related to the controversy or not, there don’t seem to be many of the Ivy Hall variety about.
