Sales

All our models are checked over in the workshop upon arrival, photographed in the accepted condition and described as accurately as possible for the purposes of sale. Any model can be made available for inspection, by prior appointment, at one of our workshop facilities. We strongly encourage all buyers to undertake a thorough viewing or inpsection of any model before purchase.

Returns

We offer a 7 day returns policy, whereby you must notify us in writing of you intention to return any items. The items must be returned to our workshop premises at the buyer’s expense, whereupon a full inspection of the goods will take place. Providing that the item has been returned in the same condition at point of sale then a refund will be arranged, less any delivery costs. Should the item be returned in any other condition than that in which it was sold, we reserve the right to withdraw the offer of any refund.

Workshop

Items made to order in our works are covered by a 6 month parts warranty – if any part fails we shall replace it like for like or issue a refund for that part. This parts warranty does not cover accepted wear and tear or damage cause by improper use of the part. We reserve the right to fully investigate the cause of any parts failure, and we may require evidence to assist in this assesment.

Delivery

Both UK-wide and internationally are available in house or with our trusted shipping partners. Please contact us directly for a shipping or transport quote.  Please note, payment in full must be made before the collection or delivery of any goods.

Value Added Tax

We do not currently charge for VAT on our products.

Documentaion

Invoices and/or purchase receipts are issued with all purchases and orders. All available boiler certificates can and will be provided with any model purchased thru Little Western Enterprises Ltd. Where current boiler paperwork is unavailable, we appoint independent third party boiler inspectors to test live steam pressure vessels.
